General Questions

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is complete?

While we don't currently offer recurring services, we're always available for stand-alone tasks or hourly custom work if you need assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer refunds?

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the delivered product, we'll work with you to address any issues. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. The quote we provide includes all costs associated with your project. If any additional work is required, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.

Are there any additional costs I should expect?

Premium themes and paid application add-ons are not included. These can be purchased directly from Shopify if desired. Additionally, upon completion and handover of new stores, you will be prompted by Shopify to select a Shopify Plan to gain access to your store.

New Store Services

I'm new to e-commerce. Is your free basic setup right for me?

Our free basic setup is perfect for those just starting out. It gives you a functional Shopify store with up to 5 products, allowing you to test the waters without any financial commitment.

What's the difference between your Starter, Growth, and Premium packages?

The main differences are in the number of products, level of customisation, and additional features:

Starter (AUD 299): Up to 20 products, basic theme customisation

Growth (AUD 599): Up to 50 products, advanced customization, SEO optimisation, blog setup

Premium (AUD 999): Up to 100 products, full e-commerce functionality, inventory management, analytics setup

Can I upgrade my package later if I start with a lower tier?

Absolutely! You can always upgrade to a higher package. We'll simply charge the difference and add the extra features to your store.

Existing Store Services

My store is already live. Can you still help me?

Definitely! Our existing store services are designed to optimise and enhance stores that are already up and running. From store audits to performance optimisation, we can help take your store to the next level.

How long does a store audit take?

Our free store review typically takes 2-3 business days. This includes analysing your store and preparing a brief report with top recommendations. Please note free store reviews are based on availability and there may be a waitlist during busy periods.

Can you help me switch from another platform to Shopify?

Yes, we can assist with migrating your store from another platform to Shopify. This would fall under our custom work, and we'd provide a quote based on the complexity of your current setup.

Stand Alone Services

I only need help with a specific task. Do you offer that?

Yes! Our stand-alone services are perfect for specific tasks. Whether you need a new page created, products listed, or a blog post written, we can help.

What's included in your hourly custom work?

Our hourly custom work (AUD 80/hour) can cover a wide range of Shopify-related tasks. This could include troubleshooting issues, making design tweaks, or any other Shopify task not covered by our other services.

How quickly can you complete stand-alone services?

Turnaround times vary by service:

Page creation: 2-4 business days

Product listing (10 products): 2-4 business days

Blog post writing: 4-5 business days

Custom work: Varies based on the task
